My First NY Resolution Solved


So one of my New Year's Resolutions was to have 10 minute workout blast more often throughout the week. Luckily for me, we have created a program at SparkPeople that will help me do this. Everyone should join, it's simple, free, motivating, fun and you could win prizes (Unfortunately, as a SparkPeople employee I am not eligible to win, but still plan to participate).

The contest is pretty easy. All you need to do is follow the 10 minute workout video each day and do your favorite cardio for 30 minutes 5x per week. Do all that and you could win $500 cash, and iPOD or much more! Here is a link to contest details - SparkPeople New You BootCamp.
